Second on my list comes from Fast Times at Ridgemont High. When Jeff Spicoli and his buds show up to Brad's work without their shirts he shows them the sign that reads No Shirt, No Shoes, No Dice.
He then instructs them to Learn It, Know It, Live It.
This next one is probably more of a memorable scene than a memorable quote, but as a teen driver with no fear I've used this line on many occasions. Ramming Speed! was D-Day's battle cry when the guys from Delta House built the Death Mobile to help them cause chaos at the founder's day parade in the closing scene in Animal House.
If we didn't have an older brother like Chet from Weird Science, your best friend had one. Bill Paxton played a great jack ass brother as he delivered the classic line "You're Stewed, Buttwad" followed by that annoying laugh that made the line that much greater.
Looking back now, this next character was not very politically correct, even though I did have a Vietnamese friend who called himself "The Donger". In the 80's coming of age movie, Sixteen Candles, when Long Duck Dong (a foreign exchange student) has had enough liquid courage to try his pick up lines he delivers the classic "What's Happening, Hotstuff". We miss you John Huges.
And lastly (for now) is a line from "the movie that made everyone afraid of the water". Yup, when Brody gets a look at the size of the shark named Jaws, he tells the Captain "You're Gonna Need a Bigger Boat".
